Dr. Shakiraye Rookwood is the best PCP I’ve ever had! I’ve been going to her since September, and I wish I found her sooner! I took my elderly mother to see Dr Rookwood for women's health check-up based on her complaint. She was very patient, kind and thorough in her assessment. I especially liked that her approach was to phase the diagnosis and treatment as opposed to being aggressive from the get-go, I deem this as the sign of a good practioner, and I definately recommend her services.

In the world that we live in today it is easy to find discomfort in the providers selected for us. I was lucky enough to stumble upon this Diamond in the rough by the name of Dr. Shakiraye Rookwood. Literally from the moment I walked in until the moment I left, the warm, welcoming , extremely compassionate chairside manner I received helped me feel like I can trust healthcare. To be able to sit with a provider and have them listen to you and take her time to make sure that your health means something to them, is something that I have searched for. She not only listens but she goes beyond most providers I have encountered. Attentive, intelligent and thorough. She is my go to Provider!!!!!
